All prices do not include VAT. For intra-EU B2B transactions, VAT is not charged under the reverse charge mechanism, provided the buyer is VAT-registered in another EU member state and provides a valid VAT number. For businesses outside the EU, VAT does not apply.

Proposal & Agreement
I’ll send you a customized proposal outlining the services, timeline, and cost based on our discussion. Once approved, we move forward with booking.

Secure Your Date with a 30% Deposit
A 30% deposit confirms your reservation and locks in the time slot. From there, planning and prep can begin

Finalize the Details
Before the shoot, we’ll confirm everything — locations, shot list, timeline, and any special requests — so everything runs smoothly on the day.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot.
Remaining Balance
Once your gallery is ready, you’ll be able to preview all the photos. The download option will be enabled after the final 70% balance is received.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made by bank transfer or secure online payment via Stripe.
Invoices & Receipts
You’ll receive a detailed invoice after the deposit is paid and upon final delivery.
📌 I issue invoices to registered businesses. If you need an invoice made out to an individual, VAT will be added in accordance with French tax regulations.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable, but I’m happy to reschedule if I’m available on your new date.
